Soooo, after seeing the 'Yonce's new video, and thinking about the time in the sun/beach I'll have this winter, I decided it's time for me to become a gym rat again.
So I woke up early this morning did my 2.3 miles, tomorrow, 2.3 miles plus weight training at the gym! It is not a game....please feel free to leave little notes to keep me motivated!!! =)
In other news... DON'T FORGET TO VOTE FOR OBAMA!!!! Yea I'm biased, and not giving choices....Barack is the only option ;-) Let's make it happen!!

Yeah... Mel B is my inspiration. Chick is cut like you would NOT believe. Everytime I see a new pic of that chick, I'm like... WTF, Kat? Get it together.
